What is Kinetic-Chain Training?
Kinetic Chain Training is our unique approach to whole-body wellness. Designed and led by our Certified Personal Trainer, Jen Kummrow, to meet you exactly where you are at in your health journey. This approach is rooted in the principle that the human body functions as a system of interdependent parts, working to refine the synergy between them for optimal movement and performance.
At IP, we believe the body doesn’t move in isolated parts, so we don’t train that way! Our approach integrates strength, stability, and mobility to support your everyday movement and help you reach your activity goals with long-term functionality in mind. Using guided imagery and one-on-one coaching, our trainer helps you build awareness of movement patterns and develop a strong mind-body connection. Each session may feature functional movement patterns, lifestyle habits, mobilization, breath work and strategies to address compensatory patterns. Whether you’re finishing up your physical therapy or simply looking for strength training, chronic pain relief, or added accountability– this training is for you!
